ABOUT US
The development journey. Guided every step of the way.
Ensen Developments is a discreet property advisory and development consultancy operating behind the scenes in the New Zealand market.
We specialise in end-to-end development management, strategic guidance and investment advisory. With a strong foundation in financial planning, investment management and residential construction, we offer a unique blend of expertise that delivers successful outcomes — both for our own projects and for the clients and partners we work with.

Peter Christensen
Director
Peter brings extensive experience in financial planning, investment management and residential development. He was a founding shareholder and director of KiwiSaver provider Booster and served as Chairman of Lifetime Financial Services Group.
Throughout this period, Peter was closely involved in residential construction and development projects across Auckland. Following the divestment of his interests in Booster and Lifetime, he has focused on investing in and delivering high-quality residential developments within the New Zealand property market.

Kem Christensen
Director
Kem holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Otago. From 2012 to 2016 he lived in China, where he founded and operated an import/export business specialising in lighting products.
Returning to New Zealand in 2016, Kem joined Peter in residential construction, working across a wide range of practical, on-the-tools roles that gave him a strong understanding of the building process from the ground up. Today, Kem serves as Development Manager at Ensen, overseeing feasibility analysis, site acquisition, design coordination, project delivery and stakeholder management across the company’s residential development portfolio.
