Mangere Bridge

This project involves the construction and sale of 43 residential dwellings to Kāinga Ora. The development comprises of 14 four-bedroom terraced houses and 29 walk up apartments, of which 10 meet fully universal design standards. In addition, the development includes 39 car parks along with internal and external communal facilities. As a result, housing density on the site increased from 13 dwellings to 43.
